Frank Blueming
With over three decades of experience in the building industry, Frank Blueming has built a reputation for excellence in construction and design. His journey began as a carpentry apprentice, and through dedication and expertise, he went on to establish the Blueming Group, which includes Period Extensions & Designs, Bayside Extensions, and Lincoln Homes.
Frank’s deep understanding of construction and keen eye for detail allow him to lead a team of expert architects, designers, and tradespeople, delivering bespoke home transformations that inspire and enhance modern living.
A longstanding member of the HIA since 2003, Frank expanded his industry involvement in 2015 by joining the HIA judging panel for New Homes, a prestigious role he continues to hold.
Despite overseeing multiple successful businesses, Frank remains actively involved in every project, regularly visiting sites, liaising with trades, and ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship. His commitment to both his team and clients ensures that every project is completed to the highest standard, from concept to completion.
NICOLA BELL
As Business Manager, Nicola Bell plays a vital role in overseeing the financial operations, workplace health & safety (OH&S), staff wellbeing, and client relations. She ensures that every aspect of the business runs smoothly, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
Guided by the principle of “always deliver above expectations,” Nicola is committed to maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, staff, and trades, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
Since joining the team in 2002, Nicola has been instrumental in the successful management and growth of the business, continuously driving operational excellence and enhancing both client and team experiences.
Bill Blankfield
Bill has been designing extensions, renovations and new homes for over 28 years. His expertise and vision has won him numerous awards including MBA awards and HIA awards, and 2 of which have been voted Best Extensions Nationally.
Bill loves a challenge and is passionate and motivated about adding value to existing homes. Bill prides himself on his customer service and is enthusiastic about taking a Homeowners vision and turning it into a reality.
