The Bayside Process · 8 Steps

From first sketch to front-door keys

Every extension and renovation we build follows the same eight clear stages — so you always know what's happening, who's responsible, and what comes next. No surprises, just a considered path to your finished home.

In short

How the Bayside Extensions process works

Our process moves through eight stages: 1) design consultation, 2) concept design, 3) documentation, 4) the HIA contract, 5) building permit, 6) construction, 7) completion and handover, and 8) aftercare. We handle design, permits, insurances and the build in-house, and back the finished work with a 10-year structural warranty and up to 15 months of maintenance cover.
