Let’s unlock your home’s potential

You have made the first step. A designer from our architecture and design team will reach out to you to brainstorm ideas about your building project, and learn about your home improvement goals, and how we can build your ideal dream home.

Concept design

Time to get on the drawing board. After our initial design consultation with you, and if your project is deemed suitable, our architecture and design team will create a bespoke design that is tailored to your lifestyle needs and budget. Our team will provide you with a quote and a specification detailing the scope of works.

Documentation

Let’s lay the ‘foundations’. Following agreement on the design and cost of your project, our team will present you with a preliminary agreement. This will showcase the preparatory works such as the soil test, engineering, working drawings, town planning (if applicable), interior design (if applicable), and any other items detailed in the preliminary agreement that are required for the build.

The contract

Your dream home is almost a reality! Once the preliminary documentation is complete, our team will guide you through the HIA (Housing Industry Association) building contract and advise you as to ‘what happens next’.

Building permit

We keep it all in-house. Our team will apply for the building permit, as well as obtaining all relevant insurances. At this stage, we will also organise the pre-commencement site visit with you to discuss the upcoming building works.

Building works commence

We are ready to start! Building works will commence once the building permit is obtained. Our construction team, led by our experienced site supervisor, include a team of highly skilled craftsman whose attention to detail is second to none.

Completion

Congratulations! Here’s the keys to unlock your dream home. Once your building works are complete, our managing director together with the site supervisor will walk you through the completed build. Following which, the final administration tasks will be completed, leaving you ready to move in and enjoy your beautiful new home.

Let’s stay in touch. In addition to the required 3-month maintenance period, we offer our clients the peace of mind with an additional 12-month maintenance period to ensure the continuation of our client’s satisfaction and guaranteeing our high-quality craftsmanship.
